As a guest at Sunrise Motel, you accept responsibility for all charges including telephone, internet, all meals, keys, damage or loss associated with your stay.Smoking in rooms is not permitted. If evidence is found of smoking in your room, you will incur a cleaning fee.Should the term of accommodation be reduced, the guest will be liable for the appropriate tariff under our schedule of rates. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or alterations to your booking.Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in time (2pm) forfeit the full amount for the first night cancelled. Therefore, please do not ask to change your reservation on check-in and not expect to be charged.No refund to be given for early departures.Any deposit paid will only be refunded if the guest advises of cancellation 7 days prior during peak period and 48 hours prior during off peak period to arrival date.
