These Terms & Conditions outline the policies for staying at Sunrise Motel, Barooga NSW. By making a booking, checking in, or staying with us, you agree to the following.
1. Bookings & Payments
A valid credit card is required to secure all bookings.
Full payment is taken on arrival unless otherwise arranged.
Rates may vary based on season, availability, and room type.
Direct bookings may offer the best available rate.
2. Check‑In & Check‑Out
Check‑in: from 2:00pm
Check‑out: by 10:00am
Early check‑ins or late check‑outs are subject to availability and may incur a fee.
3. Cancellations & No‑Shows
Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival may incur a fee equal to the first night’s stay.
No‑shows will be charged the full first night.
Group bookings or peak‑season stays may have different cancellation terms.
4. Guest Responsibilities
To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone:
Please respect other guests, staff, and motel property.
Excessive noise, disturbance, or unsafe behaviour may result in immediate eviction without refund.
Guests are responsible for any damage, missing items, or extra cleaning required due to misuse.
Only registered guests are permitted in rooms unless approved by management.
5. Smoking, Vaping & Illegal Substances
All rooms are strictly non‑smoking and non‑vaping.
Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
A cleaning fee may apply if smoke residue or odour is detected.
Illegal substances are not permitted anywhere on the property.
6. Pets
Pets are not permitted in rooms unless prior approval has been given for an assistance animal.
Any unauthorised pets may result in additional cleaning fees.
7. Parking
Complimentary on‑site parking is available for registered guests.
Sunrise Motel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or belongings.
8. Housekeeping & Room Care
Rooms are serviced for multi‑night stays unless guests request privacy.
Please wash dishes and leave the kitchen tidy in self‑contained rooms.
Excessive mess may incur an additional cleaning charge.
9. Pool, BBQ & Shared Facilities
Use of shared facilities is at your own risk.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Please leave facilities clean and ready for the next guest.
10. Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their own belongings.
Sunrise Motel is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
11. Safety & Security
For everyone’s safety, CCTV operates in external common areas.
Tampering with safety equipment (smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
12. Privacy
Guest information is collected for booking, communication, and safety purposes only.
We do not share personal information with third parties except where required by law.
13. Right to Refuse Service
Sunrise Motel reserves the right to refuse service or cancel a booking if a guest’s behaviour is unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
